In Line with Distance Selling Regulations, you may return or exchange goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to return any unwanted goods in pristine condition to us at their own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged. If the item is damaged please send an email to email@example.com stating your order reference number and including photographs as evidence of the damage.
Please ensure you choose an appropriate carrier and get proof of postage, Michael Raymond cannot be liable for any goods lost in transit.
If you would like to return any goods please contact us directly via email or phone (details above) before sending items back and we will provide full instructions for the process. Once we have received the goods, we will send you a confirmation email and authorisation of a refund. Please note: refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received following receipt of goods.
